Proverbs Study - Week Two
Share
We made it through the first week of our Proverbs study! What a joy it has been to dive into God’s wisdom together! If you joined us last week, you know how powerful it is to pause for a few intentional moments each day and allow God’s Word to shape your heart and mind. If you’re just now hopping in, it’s not too late, you can start this week and still finish the book of Proverbs with us by the end of October. You can still download week 1 printables on my website here: https://tinyurl.com/Week-One-Printable
This week, we’re moving into Proverbs 7 - 13, a section that offers some of the most practical wisdom in all of Scripture. These chapters remind us of the importance of guarding our hearts, speaking truth, and walking in righteousness. Over and over, we see a contrast: wisdom versus foolishness, righteousness versus wickedness, diligence versus laziness. Proverbs lays it out clearly...our choices matter, and they shape the path we walk.
But here’s the good news: we’re not left to figure it out on our own. God’s Word lights the way, giving us wisdom that leads to life, joy, and peace.
Here’s the plan for this week’s readings:
- October 8: Proverbs 7
- October 9: Proverbs 8
- October 10: Proverbs 9
- October 11: Proverbs 10
- October 12: Proverbs 11
- October 13: Proverbs 12
- October 14: Proverbs 13 (Reflection Day)
And don’t forget, just like last week, I’ve created a set of free printables to help you stay on track. This week’s pack includes a reading tracker, reflection prompts, scripture cards, a notes page, and even bookmarks you can tuck into your Bible. Grab yours below and use them to guide your study each day.

Weekly Reflection: Proverbs 7 - 13
This week, let’s hold tight to Proverbs 10:9 “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.” Integrity isn’t just about big decisions; it’s about being faithful in the small things, choosing honesty when it’s easier to cut corners, and keeping our word even when no one is watching.
As you read Proverbs 7 - 13, look for the little ways you can live with wisdom and integrity in your daily life...at home, at work, in friendships, even in your thoughts. God honors the one who walks in His ways and His Word assures us that walking with integrity leads to security, peace, and blessing.
Friend, the world may call wisdom “old-fashioned,” but God’s wisdom never goes out of style. This week, let’s walk it out...step by step, choice by choice...knowing He is with us.
Always remember…You are loved!
